The Deeside Way is a busy path especially at weekends and holiday times and users should be alert at all times, give way to other users as required and make sure they are aware of your presence regardless of whether you are walking, cycling or on a horse.

Stagecoach provide a comprehensive ‘bus service along Deeside from Aberdeen to Braemar

Bike Hire and Bike Shops

Bike hire is available at bike shops located in Banchory, Ballater and Braemar

Food and Drink

There is a wide variety of cafes restaurants, pubs and shops in most towns and villages along the route of the Deeside Way providing a range of options for “refuelling”
